INGREDIENTS
Alfacalcidol.
PROPERTIES
Soft capsules,the contents is light yellow to dark yellow oily liquid.
Spec.
0.25μgx20 capsules/box.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
Oral,Adult, chronic renal insufficiency and osteoporosis: 0.5 μg (2 capsules) each time, once a day, or as directed by your doctor. Children should follow the doctor's advice.
ADVERSE REACTION
Small doses alone (less than1.0μg/d) generally have no adverse reactions, and long-term high-dose medications or in combination with calcium may cause hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria.
Occasionally appear loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting and itching of the skin.
CONSTRAINDICATION
Allergic to vitamin D and its analogues, hypercalcemia, and signs of vitamin D poisoning are contraindicated.
PRECAUTION
1.Young patients are limited to young idiopathic osteoporosis and osteoporosis caused by excessive glucocorticoids.
2.Should pay attention to monitoring blood calcium, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, as well as urinary calcium, urine creatinine.
3.Once appear hypercalcemia,stop medication,and do the relevant treatment, until the blood calcium returns to normal, half dose according to the last dose.
4.Excessive doses of medication may occur in the gastrointestinal system, liver, mental nervous system, circulatory system and other adverse reactions, such as: stomach pain, constipation, elevated GOT and GPT, headache, mild blood pressure and so on.
