INDICATIONS
In combination with other anti-tuberculosis drugs for the treatment of various types of tuberculosis, endobronchial tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis. It can also be used as a protective drug for tuberculosis-related surgery, and it can also be used to prevent tuberculosis infection and recurrence of long-term or high-dose corticosteroids and immunosuppressive therapy.

USAGE AND DOSAGE
Oral,treatment:Combined with other anti-tuberculosis drugs, adult: one day take the product 10 ~ 20mg/kg by weight, children: according to individual needs, can be increased to one day 20 ~ 40mg/kg by weight,taken at a draught.
Prevention, One day 10 ~ 15mg/kg by weight,taken at a draught.
ADVERSE REACTION
Occasionally appear dizziness, headache, insomnia, fever, rash, nausea, fatigue, jaundice, peripheral neuritis, optic neuritis, and cytopenia ect other side effects.
CONSTRAINDICATION
1.Constraindiction in patients with mental illness and epilepsy.
2.Patients with severe liver dysfunction shouldn’t take the product.
PRECAUTION
1.This product should be taken continuously for at least 3 months. If there is no adverse reaction, it is not advisable to stop medicaiton. It may be stopped after clinical diagnosis is completed.
2.Pregnant women,patients with liver and kidney dysfunction or history of mental illness, history of epilepsy and brain trauma with caution.
3.liver function tests should be performed regularly during medication. A few patients may have transient elevated aminotransferase elevations during the first two months of drug using. Continue medication under liver protection treatment, aminotransferase can return to normal. If it continue to rise, should stop medication.
4.If the optic neuritis occurs during the treatment processing,do the eye examination immediately, and regular review.
5.Take vitamin B6 can prevent peripheral nervous system and other adverse reactions of the nervous system.
6.Antacids, especially aluminum hydroxide, can inhibit the absorption of this product, should not take them together.
7.This product can strengthen the effect of anticoagulant drugs such as coumarin, certain antiepileptic drugs, antihypertensive drugs, anticholinergic drugs and tricyclic antidepressants.
