ACTIONS and INDICATIONS
For bronchial asthma, asthmatic bronchitis, obstructive emphysema and other relief of wheezing symptoms; can also be used for cardiogenic pulmonary edema induced asthma.

USAGE AND DOSAGE
Oral,this product can not be crushed or chewing. Adults or children over the age of 12, the initial dose of 0.1g-0.2g (1-2 tablets), 2 times a day, morning and evening with 100ml warm water, depending on the dose and efficacy adjustment, but the daily dose should not exceed 0.9g (9 tablets) taken 2 times.
ADVERSE REACTION
Theophylline toxicity often appears in the serum concentration of 15-20μg / ml, especially at the beginning of treatment, more common in early nausea, vomiting, irritability, insomnia, etc., when the serum concentration exceeds 20μg / ml, there may be tachycardia , arrhythmia, theophylline more than 40μg / ml in the serum, can occur fever,dehydration, convulsions and other symptoms, severe or even stop breathing, heartbeat to death.
CONSTRAINDICATION
Constraindiction in patients hypersensitivity to this product;active peptic ulcer and uncontrolled convulsive disease.
PRECAUTION
(1)Like other theophylline sustained-release agents, this product is not suitable for patients with persistent asthma or acute bronchospasm.
(2)Serum theophylline concentration should be regularly monitored to ensure maximum efficacy without the risk of excessive blood levels.
(3)Patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency, patients over 55 years of age, particularly men and patients with chronic lung disease, heart failure due to any causes, patients with persistent fever, those taking certain medications and theophylline clearance rate decreased, after discontinuing the combination of drugs, the serum theophylline concentration maintenance time is often significantly longer. Should be appropriate to adjust the dosage or extend medication interval.
(4) Theophylline preparation can cause arrhythmia and / or worsen the original arrhythmia; any changes in the patient's heart rate and / or rhythm should be monitored and studied.
(5) Patients with hypoxemia, high blood pressure or history of peptic ulcer disease with caution.

Pregnant and lactating women medication:
This product can pass the placental barrier, but also into the milk discharge, pregnant women and lactating women with caution.
Children's medication:

Elderly medication:
